Dinner in the South of France

The Château Ribaute from the Corbières region of France was one of my favorites on the table.

 

 

Artichokes dressed simply with olive oil and lemon juice.

 

 

A champagne bucket keeps chilled rose at the ready.

 

 

Using roasted salmon, asparagus, potatoes and tomatoes to make a salad.
