Le Restaurant is a hidden gem in the Paris, this romantic restaurant hides inside the smallest five stars hotel in Paris – L' Hotel.

 

 

 

All the chef has passed their enthusiasm on each plate, every service.

 

 

Crab is a dish that my guests ask me to never take it off the menu! It is a memorable starter. The crab cook, collect and sort it every morning, then add a mayonnaise with a sweet mustard. Finally add an avocado and yuzu to add some freshness in the plate.

 

 

Delicate, contemporary and colorful are the style of plating.

 

 

One tip for plating, do not overload the plate to enhance the product.
