We ship to all the countries that SF Express and EMS ship to. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to their websites.

However, we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.



We can only ship to one address per order. If the order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, these items need to be under separate orders for each address.



Free shipping service for Hong Kong and Macau.

Free shipping for net purchase amount of HK$1,000 or above for orders to, China and Taiwan, and HK$3,000 for orders to the rest of the world.

For orders with a net purchase amount below the free shipping threshold, we will charge a minimal flat rate for shipping:

HK$100 for China& Taiwan

HK$300 for the rest of the world


For orders outside of Hong Kong, the items will be delivered by SF Express or EMS as long as the destination is within their delivery networks. Shipping is calculated automatically and will show at check out. Orders are generally sent out within 2 business days of confirmation of the order and will be delivered in 3 business days, so you should receive your purchase within a week!


For orders within Hong Kong, your order will be delivered by SF Express. The order should in general arrive in 2 to 4 business days.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays. There is an estimated delivery date on order confirmation email. Sometimes we are busy on processing orders, if your order has not delivered by the estimated delivery date, please ask our Customer Care team for assistance.

Restrictions on jewelry   

We are currently unable to dispatch orders containing jewelry to Russia or China. In order to receive your jewelry purchases, we suggest that you arrange for your shipment to be delivered to an alternative destination.



From time to time, fait a main PARIS runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our member. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.



We can only change your shipping address in the case orders are still with us.

For failed deliveries (courier is unable to reach customer due to the incorrect address provide by customer, failed attempts to reach customer at the location or customer refuse to pay duties), fait a main PARIS is not responsible for the returned shipping cost. For re-shipped orders, the shipping costs are also payable by customers.

We are unable to redirect orders once the items are dispatched, please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address.



All orders must be signed by recipient, which means from the moment, you accept the responsibility for the order. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, the signature is also accepted by fait a main PARIS.


Taxes & Duties

We are unfortunately unable to calculate the taxes and import duties for your country at the moment.  The orders are being shipped on a DDUP (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be excluded in the product price.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.  The necessary taxes and duties will be paid by the customer upon arrival of your purchase before delivery.

You may visit our website and find order history to check the status of your order before it is shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us with the tracking number. Use the tracking number to check the delivery status on for EMS, or for S.F Express.



We try the best to make sure items on online store are all in stock, your item will not be placed on backorder. If in the case your item has sold out, our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange a full refund or an exchange.
